Founder of The Dungan Group, Otis brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. He began his career in 1978 and his subsequent experience has been in executive level sales, brokerage and consulting for major insurance and benefit services firms. This includes working with a large third-party administrator, a stop loss carrier and one of the world's foremost benefit consulting companies.
He is an expert in medical re-insurance and self insured contracts. As a broker and consultant to large businesses, Otis has a unique understanding of contract issues and has developed a creative style in providing solutions in today's ever changing employee benefit arena.

Partner of The Dungan Group, Jeannine has invested over 14 years of experience in employee benefits. She has held positions in sales and consulting with major world renown insurance carriers. Her background provides her with a vast knowledge in fully funded managed care products including HMOs and PPOs. She has a thorough comprehension of disability contracts and is well versed in employee paid voluntary coverages.
She holds her securities license and has extensive financial knowledge of variable products including 401(k) investments, administration and pension plans.
Carole holds her masters in Human Resources and recently earned her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. Her education and 18 years of experience in Human Resources and benefits administration with various companies provides the background to fully assist our clients with any situation or concern that may arise.
